The consultation professional fee is £125 (GBP); applicable tax and total payable are still to be confirmed. Fees, scope and terms for the two proposed packages are also to be confirmed. These services cannot be booked or bought on this page.

CIVS UK is Canadian immigration for people in the United Kingdom. It is not a UK immigration service, and it does not advise on UK visas.
Start with an eligibility review and a written report. If International Experience Canada (IEC) suits your circumstances, choose a separate package for help with your work-permit application.
Professional fees are in pounds sterling (GBP). Government fees and third-party costs are separate.
Stage 1Eligibility review + written report
Fee to be confirmed
Applicable tax and total payable: to be confirmed
For a clear assessment before committing to an application.
Planned to include
- Review of your questionnaire and agreed supporting documents
- Assessment against current requirements for the agreed route or routes
- A written report covering findings, material concerns, missing information and practical next steps

Request an eligibility reviewAvailable once the fee and terms are confirmed.
→Stage 2IEC work-permit assistance
Fee to be confirmed
Applicable tax and total payable: to be confirmed
For people whose circumstances support an IEC application and who want help with the agreed steps.
Planned to include
- Confirm the category and application plan
- Prepare a document checklist and review the agreed evidence
- Assist with an IEC profile where needed and included
- If invited, prepare the work-permit application for your approval before submission
Submission and routine IRCC correspondence: whether these are included is to be confirmed
Scope: to be confirmed, including who is included, the IEC category and season, and which stages are covered
Service timing: to be confirmed, including turnaround and response times
Entering a pool is separate from applying for a work permit. An invitation is required before the application can proceed. Your agreement will explain what happens if no invitation arrives within the agreed service period.
Government charges, third-party costs, job placement and permanent-residence applications are excluded. Additional or complex work needs a separately agreed scope and fee.
Discuss IEC assistanceAvailable once the fee and terms are confirmed.
How the packages fit together
- Agree the review scope and fee in writing, then provide information through the secure client process.
- Receive your report and consider the findings.
- If IEC is appropriate and you choose to proceed, agree the separate application service.
Whether any review fee is credited towards later work is still to be confirmed. No credit or move to the next stage happens automatically.

Consultation
£125professional fee
Applicable tax and total payable: to be confirmed
Substantive professional preparation, followed by a video conversation of approximately 30 minutes. The separate written-report package and application representation are not included.
Request a consultationConsultation requests are not yet open on this page.
How it works
- Request a time. Requesting a consultation is free.
- Read and accept the consultation agreement. You receive a copy.
- Provide the requested questionnaire and documents through the secure client process. Your practitioner reviews them and prepares for your call.
- Once substantive preparation is complete, the completed services are invoiced. Booking alone earns no fee.
- Pay the invoice before your video call of approximately 30 minutes.
Other costs
Canadian government fees are separate, at the official amounts in Canadian dollars. The fees depend on the IEC category and your circumstances; check IRCC's current fee information on canada.ca. Other costs may include police certificates, translations, medical examinations where required and insurance.
Payment options
Professional fees are charged in pounds sterling (GBP). Wise, international wire transfer and Bitcoin (BTC) are being considered as payment options for UK clients. They are not yet available.
How transfer, currency-conversion and network charges are handled is to be confirmed, along with the terms for any Bitcoin payment. Do not send any payment until you have accepted a written agreement and received an invoice with payment instructions.
Your agreement comes first
Each paid service starts after the appropriate written agreement is accepted. It sets out scope, fee, tax, payment milestones, cancellation and refunds. Fees relate to work actually performed; booking or opening a file alone does not earn them. Required refunds and mandatory rights remain protected.
No IEC invitation, approval, job, permanent residence or processing time is promised. Government authorities decide immigration applications.
Do not send passports or sensitive documents through this website. Use the secure client process after engagement.
